Aaah! Megahouse! What a surprise! I wasn’t expecting preorders to go up for this figure already.
After G.E.M. Hijikata Toushiro comes G.E.M. Okita Sougo, the most amazing deadpan, sadist character I’ve come to know lol. Okita Sougo is 1/8 in scale and expected release date is October 2010 retailing at 6,800 yen.
He comes with two optional faces; serious expression and smiling expression with mask. He also comes with two weapon choices; sword and bazooka. The bazooka looks amazing!
Pre-orders for him have already gone up at Hobby Search and AmiAmi. I think I’ll wait for HLJ to list him so I can order.
Having a closer look at him, his face seems a little odd to me… but heck, it’s Okita. I’m getting him no matter what! I wonder if Megahouse will keep going with yet another Gintama figure (Takasugi, please)? Anyway, I can’t wait what they have in store for the G.E.M line next!
Whoa, another Gintama figure from Megahouse! They sure have been doing a lot of figures from that series. ^^ Too bad I’ve never seen the anime before, otherwise these would be very very nice to get. Can’t wait to see more of Megahouse’s GEM collection!
